Day 90 Milestone
We are well on our way through The Massachusetts School Building Authority’s (MSBA’s) Eligibility Period as we hit day 90 out of the 270-day process! To date, we have submitted an Initial Compliance Certificate, and we have formed a School Building Committee, which was approved and accepted by the MSBA. We just completed and submitted the Lexington High School Educational Profile Questionnaire, along with updated enrollment information. Next up will be the maintenance documents and enrollment certification due on the 180th day. After we hit these benchmarks, we will proceed to confirmation of community authorization, which is followed by a funding vote to proceed to complete the eligibility period. Districts that successfully complete the preliminary requirements to the satisfaction of the MSBA within the 270-day Eligibility Period are eligible to receive an invitation from the MSBA Board of Directors to the Feasibility Study phase.
